Orders must be placed at least seven days prior to your arrival. Orders which are placed within seven days of arrivals will be subject to a 10% surcharge (invoiced separately). Prices and availability may vary at time of purchase. Refunds/Exchanges valid arrival day only on substituted/damaged items, no other refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Any discrepancies must be addressed with Scrub Island within 24 hours of receiving your goods.
Cancellation of provisioning notified within fourteen days prior to your arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of your invoiced amount. Cancellations notified within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of your invoiced amount.
Items will be delivered to your boat/room prior to 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
